4: Order confirmation: Both the drawing mall and the display cabinet manufacturer must confirm before placing an order. The display cabinet manufacturer will place an order with the factory in the form of a design process sheet, which reflects all the necessary factors and production requirements of the project, facilitating the factory's operation and implementation. Simultaneously indicate the entry time and completion time. This document can only be completed after receiving the confirmed drawings signed by the mall and the customer.
5: Quotation confirmation: We will prepare a special project quotation based on the drawings, and the first party will confirm and review it. After confirming the completion of the review, notify us to proceed with the production. Party A shall provide a written notice of the production of the specialty store product display cabinet by fax to the display cabinet manufacturer, which shall reflect Party A's specific factors such as the review amount, production area, production type, and required entry time and completion time. Upon receiving the production notice, the display cabinet manufacturer shall also provide the design process sheet and final confirmation rendering to the factory, and the factory shall proceed with the specific operations according to the documents.
6: Order production: According to the specific details of the material requisition form, materials are collected from the warehouse for production. At the same time as the factory production is completed, the factory director should conduct an on-site acceptance of the project and establish an on-site acceptance form to ensure that the product qualification rate of the project before installation is 100%. In this process, the factory must strictly follow the specific requirements in the design process sheet to avoid the occurrence of some problems. The factory director also needs to review the products based on the design process sheet.
7: Factory installation: After the production of the product display cabinet in the specialty store is completed, we also establish a construction order for this project (using a tracking method until the completion of the construction of the product display cabinet in the specialty store). The order reflects some basic information about this project and records of some problems that occurred during the assembly process. There are often many modifications caused by unexpected events and non-human factors during on-site construction. 8: Customer acceptance: After the construction is completed, the business personnel of Party A will conduct an overall acceptance, and provide signatures and evaluations.
