Display cabinets are the core equipment used for displaying goods in commercial spaces, and their design needs to balance functionality and visual effects. Whether it is an eyewear store, jewelry store, or brand specialty store, the material, structure, and craftsmanship of display cabinets directly affect the display effect and space utilization of goods. This article analyzes the key characteristics and selection logic of display cabinets from the perspectives of technical principles, structural design, and usage scenarios.
1、 Core Structure and Material Analysis
The cabinet body of the display cabinet usually uses E1 grade environmentally friendly board as the substrate, which has passed strict formaldehyde emission testing and meets indoor environmental safety standards. The surface treatment process of the cabinet includes machining, metal stamping, dust-free baking paint and other steps: machining ensures structural accuracy, metal stamping is used for decorative part forming, and dust-free baking paint achieves uniform paint surface through a closed spraying environment, reducing particle impurities adhesion. Users are required to provide product dimensions, display quantities, and spatial layout diagrams, based on which designers can plan the cabinet depth (usually 45-60cm), shelf spacing (minimum 15cm), and lighting angle. During the installation phase, attention should be paid to the detection of ground levelness, and the error should be controlled within ± 2mm/m to avoid deformation of the cabinet. For daily maintenance, it is recommended to use neutral cleaning agents to wipe the surface and avoid corrosion of the paint surface by organic solvents such as alcohol. For glass display cabinets, it is necessary to regularly check the tightness of the hinges to prevent the cabinet door from sagging and causing a decrease in sealing.
